Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fonix-IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Payment Terms

Standard terms include a 50% deposit before project commencement and final payment upon delivery. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee.

For ongoing services, payments are due monthly in advance.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom deliverables. Fonix-IT retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless clients request confidentiality in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fonix-IT's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, clients pay for work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable unless Fonix-IT fails to begin work within the agreed timeframe.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
